GOLF FITNESS LEVEL 1 CLASSES
This mixed class is designed to start your golf fitness journey. If you have never stepped foot inside a gym and would like to learn the basics. This class is for you!
Workouts include: Mobility work, Overall Strength Training with a focus on fundamental movements and moving correctly, Speed Training and Core Work.
GOLF FITNESS LEVEL 2 CLASSES
This mixed class is the next step up from level 1. In order to attend, I would recommend training for 2x months at level 1 or let me know directly if you have experience in a gym environment.
Workouts include: Mobility work, Overall Strength Training with a focus on power for golf, Speed Training, Core Work
