Service Description
Our group classes are designed to improve your golf game with like-minded individuals. Learn more about functional movements, speed training, core work and more! This mixed class is designed to start your golf fitness journey. If you have never stepped foot inside a gym and would like to learn the basics. This class is for you! Workouts include: Mobility work, Overall Strength Training with a focus on fundamental movements and moving correctly, Speed Training and Core Work.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is 12 hours before the set class time. Bookings can only be made 2x weeks in advance of class times.
